Melanie Fenochetti, Barre
Melanie started taking barre classes in the winter of 2017 and has been addicted ever since! She fell in love with how quickly barre strengthened and toned her muscles with a low-impact, high intensity, full body workout. She certified in early 2019. Melanie loves to bring laughter and conversation to every class, encouraging her students to push themselves and hold that extra 30 seconds (and then another 30!)!
Melanie is a full time Corporate Recruiter and lives in Dracut. When not at the barre or working, she enjoys spending time with her 2 kids, Frankie and Mia and their Yorkie puppy Henry! Melanie is also a certified Jazzercise instructor.
Kali Rowe, Barre
Kali has been a member of the foundations community since it opened. After taking classes while in school, Kali decided her passion for dance and exercise could be combined by teaching barre. Alongside the mentorship of O’Lyvia, Kali became barre certified and is excited to begin this new journey!! Outside of the studio Kali works as a special-ed assistant at Valley Collaborative in Billerica, MA.
Alix Amato, Barre
Alix has had a love for health and fitness for as long as she can remember. She started running at the age of 12, that passion turned into running marathons and half marathons, she then found her joy and passion for instructing group fitness in 2015 and has since been teaching. She herself knows the joy that can be found in getting lost in a class and loves being able to bring that aspect to her clients while helping them feel their best! Alix loves herself a good playlist and music drives her classes. If you aren't dancing and singing along to her playlists she has failed you 😆
Alix is a full time Project Launch Manager at a Clinical Research Company. Alix is born and raised in Dracut where she still lives in her childhood home with her husband Sal, two boys Alonzo and Davio.
