We are so happy you found your way to us! Here at Foundations we welcome all levels, abilities and ages.

Adult Barre and Yoga classes are offered for all levels, beginners encouraged!

Have a child 12m-3yr? Check out our Rainbowdance program!

Have a child between 5-18? Check out our Kids Yoga + Groundwork program!

As alway, you are welcome to just lay and take space for you. Building our foundation by checking in both physically and most importantly, mentally, will provide you with the tools to reconnect with yourself, others and the space around you.
